Città di Locarno e Kursaal Locarno SA |

Nel 2022 la Città di Locarno è diventata la maggiore azionista della Kursaal Locarno SA (Società anonima che gestisce il Teatro di Locarno), le restanti azioni sono suddivise tra i comuni di: Minusio, Muralto, Orselina, Losone, Brione s/Minusio e Brissago.
Questo passaggio segna un momento importante per Città di Locarno che dal 1° gennaio 2023 ha ripreso la gestione del Teatro con l’intenzione di dare nuovi impulsi alla struttura e favorire maggiori sinergie su tutto il territorio.
ll Consiglio di Amministrazione della Kursaal Locarno SA per il quadriennio 2023-2026 è così composto:

Vicepresidente: Davide Giovannacci
Membri: Claudio Franscella, Corrado Bianda, Nicola Camani
La Città di Locarno ringrazia vivamente l’Associazione Amici del Teatro per l’eccellente lavoro svolto sino ad ora e per aver garantito dal 1990 l’organizzazione e il regolare svolgimento della stagione teatrale del Teatro.

Im Jahre 2022 wurde die Stadt Locarno Hauptaktionärin der Kursaal Locarno SA (Aktiengesellschaft, die das Theater Locarno betreibt); die übrigen Aktien teilen sich die Gemeinden Minusio, Muralto, Orselina, Losone, Brione s/Minusio und Brissago. Diese Umstellung ist ein bedeutender Schritt für die Stadt Locarno, die zum 1. Januar 2023 den Theaterbetrieb übernommen hat, um neue Impulse zu geben und stärkere Synergien in dem gesamten Gebiet zu fördern. Der Verwaltungsrat der Kursaal Locarno SA setzt sich im Vierjahreszeitraum 2023-2026 wie folgt zusammen:

En 2022, la Ville de Locarno est devenue l’actionnaire principal de Kursaal Locarno SA (société anonyme qui gère le Théâtre de Locarno), les actions restantes étant réparties entre les communes de : Minusio, Muralto, Orselina, Losone, Brione s/Minusio et Brissago. Cette transition est un jalon important pour la Ville de Locarno qui a repris la gestion du théâtre au 1er janvier 2023 avec l’intention de donner un nouvel élan à la structure et de favoriser de plus grandes synergies sur tout le territoire. Le conseil d’administration de Kursaal Locarno SA pour la période de quatre ans 2023-2026 est composé comme suit :

English City of Locarno and Kursaal Locarno SA |
In 2022, the City of Locarno became the majority shareholder in Kursaal Locarno SA (the joint-stock company that runs the Teatro di Locarno). The remaining shares are divided between the municipalities of: Minusio, Muralto, Orselina, Losone, Brione s/Minusio and Brissago. This step marked an important moment for the City of Locarno, which has taken over the management of the theatre since 1 January 2023 with the intention of giving new impetus to the facility and fostering greater synergies throughout the area. The Kursaal Locarno SA Board of Directors for the 2023–2026 is comprised as follows:
